Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Whats4uhuntllc@gmail.com or via us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please note: A 15% restocking feeapplies to all non-defective returns. This fee is deducted from your refund total. No restocking fee is charged for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
